Missions

Nazarene Missions International (NMI) is an organization designed to inform us about what is going on in the work and lives of missionaries throughout the world that are supported by the Nazarene denomination. The Church of the Nazarene supports over 773 missionaries in 151 world areas. Shawnee Church has a vision for missions not only internationally, but locally as well. We offer a variety of ways to become involved.

Shawnee Missions is an intentional way for us to think of creative ways to live into God's mission right here in the Kansas City area.  Mission isn't just something we support or send other people to do.  Mission is part of our DNA as the body of Christ.

The combined participation by thousands of people in these September and February offerings helps to build buildings for world evangelism.
